• This 1961 Rolex advertisement features a duo of dive watch icons! The experimental Rolex that was strapped to the "Trieste" bathyscaph and submerged to a depth of 35,797 feet, and the Submariner 5512.  This is the rarer version of this ad that is missing the Rolex anchor that normally is seen accompanying the Submariner image

• The ad is in fair condition with a small tear in the border of the ad on the upper right-hand side (could be matted over)
